New LMC Members are Announced

The LMC Steering Committee is pleased to announce the selection of the 12 members of the LMC, the joint OHSU/AFSCME initiative to create and sustain a positive work environment where employees and OHSU can excel. We want to reiterate how difficult it was to select only 12 from the many high-caliber, well qualified applicants. If you submitted an application but were not chosen, please know there will be many opportunities to engage in this initiative in other ways. The following employees will comprise the LMC:

The LMC members will attend a comprehensive two-day training in April, led by Barber and Gonzales Consulting Group, and will begin meeting regularly with the consultant to develop the group’s charter and begin assessing the needs and priorities in the OHSU workplace.
All employees are encouraged to provide input to the needs assessment. To share your perspective and ideas on workplace improvements that affect employees across OHSU, e-mail the LMC members who represent your mission area.
