BridgeBuilders is a conflict resolution program offered by Local 328. The program is designed to help workers who are in conflict with a coworker get assistance from a member trained in conflict resolution. The program is confidential and designed to help create an improved workplace by reducing workplace hostility.
Local 328 works in cooperation with OHSU to make the program available to our members, but results of interventions remain within the BridgeBuilders program and are not shared with OHSU.
