Over the last year AFSCME and OHSU have worked together to produce an employee-friendly guide to the OHSU Performance Appraisal process. The Employee Performance Appraisal Tool (EPAT) describes OHSU’s performance appraisal process and how and when our members can participate in the process to make it more effective and beneficial for you.
