| LERC Training for Local 328 Members

Local 328 invites you to become a more involved union leader and get active in assisting us to have a safe and comfortable working environment. You can learn more about how to do this by attending classes offered by LERC. The Labor Education and Research Center (LERC) at the University of Oregon has resources and expertise that is available to workers, unions, policy makers, and community organizations throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. Check out their websites for training opportunities. U-Lead - www.uoregon.edu/~lerc/ulead/index.html - check out this great series of classes to earn a Certificate in Union Leadership. We can help pay for your tuition for classes. You may use the Tuition Reimbursement Program - open the PDF file listed below to print and send it to the Career Center or go to - http://ozone.ohsu.edu/hr/training/careercenter/index.shtml - click on the "Updated tuition reimbursement form" link located on the right side blue navigation area.
