If You Need Financial Assistance Occasionally our members may need financial assistance. While Local 328 does not make direct financial assistance to members, we do contribute to Labor's Community Service and they do make aid available to Union workers who need help. Their application form is available at the link below this article. You must print the form, fill it out and fax it to them (their fax number is on the form) or drop it off at their office. Donate To Labors Community Service You may contribute to Labor's Community Servce through OHSU's employee giving campaign. Here is the web site for the employee giving campaign: http://ozone.ohsu.edu/hr/employeegiving/ You may fill out the form on-line. Item 3 on the form is "Giving Opportunities". The first group is OHSU directly related. The second group is "Community Giving Options" and they list 7 specific agencies. The 8th option is "Other Specific Giving" with a blank for filling in the name, address, etc. of the organization. This is where we want people to fill in "Labors Community Service Agency Inc.", 1313 S.E. 12th, Portland, OR 97214.
